Terms & Conditions

1. An OTP will be sent to Customer’s registered Mobile Number and email ID (if available) as part of customer authentication.
2. All supporting documents uploaded by customers (if any) must not exceed 100KB in size and should be in PDF or JPEG format.
3. As per FE Circular No. – 01, Dated: 01-Feb-2023 from Bangladesh Bank, Customer can initiate declaration of Form – C through this portal against Inward Remittance (Other than remittances sent by Bangladeshi Nationals working abroad) amounting US$ 20,000 or equivalent to ensure and faster processing.
4. Payment of the Inward Remittances will be governed by the existing Foreign Exchange Transaction Guideline by Bangladesh Bank and/or other regulatory authority.
5. Bank deserves the right to decline processing of the inward remittance in case of any un-rectifiable discrepancy, false, misleading or incomplete information.
6. Dhaka Bank PLC. is not liable for (a) Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the data submission process, (b) Technical difficulties or disruptions affecting your ability to submit the data on time, and (c) Unauthorized access to or misuse of your data beyond our control.
7. We do not sell or share your information with third parties except as necessary to fulfill the requirement of Bangladesh Bank or as required by law.
8. Consequences of providing false or misleading information are subject to Bangladesh Bank's decision.
